Ireland’s publicans have expressed anger at the lack of Government support for rural communities.
The Vintners’ Federation of Ireland strongly criticised the Government for abandoning rural communities in the wake of changes to the drink-driving legislation introduced last October.
They say there hasn’t been thought put into providing alternative transport solutions and are holding their AGM in Cork later today.
