The Donegal Minors will face Monaghan in the Ulster Minor Football Championship Semi-Final following a 1-18 v 2-07 win over Cavan in the Third Round of Qualifiers on Sunday evening.
Donegal had just a two point lead at half-time when it was 0-10 v 1-05 but the second half saw Shane Monaghan score Donegal’s goal while Johnny McGroddy scored 0-07 overall to take his championship tally to 0-23.
