Five people awaiting in-patient beds at LUH

There were five people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the INMO, one of them on a trolley in the Emergency Department.
That’s down one on yesterdays figure.
Cork University Hospital was the most overcrowded, with 53 people waiting there.
Nationally, the INMO says there were 278 admitted patients awaiting beds in Irish hospitals this morning.
