Finesse take on the world in Austria

The Donegal’s Finesse Gymnastics Club have 13 gymnasts representing Ireland at this week’s World Gymnaestrada.
The gymnasts are in Dornbirn, Austria as Ireland’s Gymnastics for All (GFA) National squad.
The team received a wonderful reception on their entry to the packed out Birkenwiese Stadium for the opening ceremony.
The honour of carrying the National flag went to Ellie King from Lettermacaward. Ellie has been represented Donegal, Ulster and Ireland over the years.
The club last represented GI at the GFA world championships in Norway and returned with a bronze medal.
