Tributes were paid to the late Councillor Bernard McGuinness today at the reconvened meeting of Donegal County Council.
The long-serving councillor has been described as a man who will be missed in Inishowen and Donegal as a whole.
Fellow Councillors spoke of how he wasn’t afraid to challenge and fight for the people of his constituency and the county.
A minutes silence was held in honour of Cllr McGuinness and the meeting adjourned until next week.
