There were 46 people awaiting admission to Letterkenny University Hospital this morning according to the latest trolley watch report.
Seven people were on trolleys in its Emergency Department while a further 39 were waiting on wards.
It’s the third most overcrowded hospital in Ireland today.
Nationally, there were 440 admitted patients waiting for beds this morning.
