Former Derry City, Finn Harps and Celtic footballer Paddy McCourt has insisted he’s “definitely not guilty” – as he appeared before a judge in Derry, accused of sexual assault.
The 38 year old’s address was given as Muff in County Donegal.
The case has been adjourned until next month.
