This years Donegal 555 is already sold out and with the addition of the new 333 route, the event has reached its capacity in record time.
The organising committee of the Cycling Ireland backed event have also changed the date to Friday 7th August.
Race Organiser Sean McFadden says incorporating the shorter distance has once again increased interest in the event.
