The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service was working into the night last night in a bid to bring a blaze under control in Derry.
The large fire broke out at an unfinished housing development at Dunfield Terrace in the Waterside area shortly after 8pm.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
