Investigations are underway into a large fire in the waterside area of Derry last night.
The blaze at the site of a number of unfinished houses at Dunfield Terrace was reported at around 8.10pm.
Inspector Swanson says there are no reports of any injuries however, if not for the work of the fire service, the outcome could have been different for residents in the immediate area and their homes.
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area from around 8pm and saw any suspicious behaviour, or has information which could assist with enquiries.
