Study show link between food allergies and mental health problems

A new study by TU Dublin & Queens University shows having a food allergy can cause some sufferers to experience anxiety and depression.

The first all-island research of its kind, also found that adults living with food allergies can have extra cost of €1,600 with that being €1,400 for children.

Data was analysed from 18-hundred participants throughout the study.
