Disney+, for the first time, has overtaken its streaming service rival Netflix in total subscribers.
It’s believes that new series based on its Star Wars and Marvel franchises has attracted another 14.4 million people across three months.
It now maintains 221 million subscriptions – nudging it ahead of Netflix.
