Singer Marcus Mumford has revealed he was sexually abused when he was six years old in an interview with GQ magazine .
The front man of Mumford and Sons says during therapy, he was physically sick recounting what happened to him as a child.
The 35-year-old references the abuse in the lyrics of his first solo single called Cannibal to be released September 16th.
