There not much down time for European Bronze medalist Mark English who returns to the track this evening in Italy.
Fresh from his 800m success in Munich just over a week ago, the Finn Valley clubman will compete in a track and field event in Rovereto.
The Letterkenny native will run in a number of races before seeing out his season and he will then switch focus to next years World Championships and the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
