Aodh Ruadh, Kilcar and St Eunan’s claim wins in Donegal SFC

Aodh Ruadh sealed a one point win over Milford in the Donegal Senior Football Championship on Sunday afternoon.

2-09 to 2-08 was how it finished to John McNulty’s side who will now play Gaoth Dobhair in the Quarter Finals.

As for Milford they have a relegation play off Semi Final against Bundoran, knowing a win will secure their top flight status for another year.

Kilcar they also had just a point to spare in their victory over Bundoran.

2-15 to 3-11 was the final score with Ryan Mchugh and Ryan McShane netting for the Towney men who now have a Quarter Final tie with neighbours Killybegs to look forward to.

St Eunan’s top the league stage of the Championship on points difference after they beat MacCumhaill’s 1-11 to 0-06.

Eoin McGeehin’s goal set Rory Kavanagh’s men on their way to victory.

They will now face St Michael’s in the last eight.

MacCumhaill’s they end campaign with a defeat but will take some comfort in knowing they will play Senior Football in the Championship in Donegal for another year.
