New CSO figures show the South Inishowen Local Electoral Area is recording the lowest number of fully Covid-19 vaccinated 5 to 11 year olds.
Four percent of children in the area have been fully vaccinated, the lowest rate in the country.
By July 31st, just four percent of 5 to 11 year olds had been been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in South Inishowen, while 36% of people had received their first booster.
In North Inishowen, Five percent of 5 to 11 year olds area were fully vaccinated, while 43 percent had recieved their first booster.
Eight percent of 5 to 11 year olds in the Lifford Stranolar area were fully vaccinated, with 49 percent of people receiving their first booster, while in the Milford area, nine percent of 5 to 11 year olds were vaccinated, while 54 percent of people had their first booster.
In the Glenties LEA, 10 percent of 5 to 11 year olds were vaccinated, while 61 percent of people had their first booster, while the Donegal LEA also saw 10% of 5 to 11 year olds vaccinated, while 58 per cent of people were vaccinated.
In the Letterkenny LEA, sixteen percent of five to 11 year olds were fully vaccinated while 52 percent of the council area had received their first booster.
