A man remains in custody this afternoon after being arrested in Donegal on suspicion of being part of an unlawful organisation.
The man in his 30s from Northern Ireland was arrested in the East of the county yesterday.
He is currently being detained at Letterkenny Garda Station under the Offences Against the State Act.
Gardai say the investigation is ongoing.
