Government energy relief plans must target people who need it most.
That’s the warning from Donegal Deputy Thomas Pringle who doesn’t believe energy credits should be given to everyone, only those who are most in need.
It comes after Environment Minister Eamon Ryan this week confirmed an energy credit will be issued before Christmas.
