The sport of Rowing is on the up again in the county and in particular in the Ardara Glenties area.
Members from the Longhros Point Rowing Club will be heading off in the coming weeks to the World OffShore Championships in Wales and then to the Europeans in Spain.
At the recent Irish Championship in Wicklow members were part of teams that medaled.
