Appeal to those responsible for dumping deer to come forward

A walking group in West Donegal has issued an appeal to whoever was responsible for the shooting, dismembering and dumping of a deer to come forward.

The discovery was made in recent days on the Cloghan Beg walkway between Gweedore and the Rosses.

The popular route is used regularly by children and Mary Coyle, manager of Ionad naomh Phádraig believes the remains of the animal was left there knowingly:
