As a mark of respect following the death of Patrick Devenney and Margaret Sullivan, both closely associated with St. Eunan’s, the Michael Murphy Sports Donegal SFC A semi-final between St. Eunan’s and Kilcar that had been scheduled for this weekend has now been postponed.
The senior B semi-final between St Eunans and Gaoth Dobhair is also postponed.
Both games will be refixed for the following weekend.
The exact date will be confirmed tomorrow. All tickets purchased for this Saturday are ok for the following weekend as are purchases of the stream of the A semi-final between St Eunans and Kilcar.
A statement from Donegal GAA, posted today, said: “All at CLG Dhun na nGall, the County Board and the CCC, want to extend their sympathies to the Devenney and Sullivan families – ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha.”
