In Donegal, prices in the third quarter of 2022 were 17% higher than a year previously, compared to a rise of 11% seen a year ago.
The average price of a home is now €200,000, 24% below its Celtic Tiger peak.
Daft.ie’s new report shows the average price of a home nationally is over 311 and a half thousand euro.
