The Foreign Affairs Minister and his British counterpart have agreed to work closely on a range of issues, including the Brexit protocol.
Simon Coveney and James Cleverly met at the Irish embassy in London for a working dinner last night.
Brexit, the protocol, and the war in Ukraine were among the issues discussed.
Meanwhile, Mr Coveney will meet the Northern Secretary Chris Heaton Harris in London this morning.
