Graffiti appearing in and around Letterkenny is creating fear and tension.
That’s according to Councillor Jimmy Kavanagh who has urged Donegal County Council to put a policy in place to deal with graffiti.
It’s in response to areas being branded with pro Russian graffiti.
Councillor Kavanagh says it is completely unacceptable behaviour:
