Plans to develop an old garage near Dunfanaghy into a microbrewery have been widely welcomed.
The green light has been given to transform McElhinney’s garage in Portnablagh to accommodate the manufacturing, distribution and sale of alcohol.
Planning has been granted to Anna McElhinney to also demolish and rebuild the rear of the existing property.
Councillor Michael McClafferty, Leas Cathoirleach of the Glenties Municipal District says once operational the microbrewery will enhance the offering for tourists visiting the area:
