Minister says resumption of beef exports to China will benefit Donegal farmers

Agriculture Minister Charlie McConalogue has confirmed the resumption of Irish beef exports to China.

Shipments to China were suspended following the confirmation in May 2020 of an isolated case of atypical BSE.

Now, Minister McConalogue says following extensive work by his department and Bord Bia, the trade can now resume.

He believes the benefits of will be seen very quickly on the ground in Donegal………..
