A 20 year old policy needs to re-examined to ensure flora, fauna and humans can best live together.
That’s according to Cllr. Patrick McGowan.
In a meeting of Donegal County Council, Cllr. McGowan asked that the Hedge Cutting limitations be reviewed under the lens of health and safety.
