A yellow wind warning will take effect in Donegal on Sunday morning at 11am.
Very strong and gusty southwest winds may lead to create significant coastal waves, difficult travelling conditions and debris.
It is due to end at 6am the following morning.
Meanwhile an amber wind warning will be in place in the North, including Tyrone and Derry from 6pm on Sunday evening until 9am on Monday morning.
