A new law on safe access zones around facilities offering abortion services has passed all stages of the Oireachtas.
It is now being sent to the President for consideration.
The legislation creates safe access zones of 100 metres from the entrance or exit to a building providing the services.
Health Minister Stephen Donnelly says the fundamental premise of the Bill is about respect.
