A man was arrested in Derry city yesterday morning following reports of dangerous driving.
Police later found the vehicle off the Strand Road area, and the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol in breath and possession of a Class C controlled drug.
He has been charged and will appear before Londonderry Magistrates’ Court next month.
