Woman hospitalised following two car crash yesterday

Gardaí attended the scene of a crash at Quigleys Point yesterday afternoon.

Two cars collided on the R238 shortly before 2 o’clock.

A woman in her 50s, who was a passenger in one of the cars involved, was taken from the scene by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital for assessment.

The scene has since been cleared.
