Selection conventions for the Sligo-Leitrim constituency has taken place for Fianna Fail and Fianna Gael.
Those successful in securing a seat will also represent people living in South Donegal.
Cllr Edel McSharry will contest on behalf of Fianna Fail, while Deputy Frank Feighan was chosen to represent Fine Gael at last nights selection convention.
