Six kittens who were found dumped in a sealed bad are said to be improving.
The felines were discovered inside a carrier bag which had been tied closed.
They were transferred to the care of Animals in Need Donegal.
The incident happened less that two months later after eleven puppies were dumped in a bag in Letterkenny, only three of which survived.
The outcome for the kittens however, appears to be more positive with five coming out virtually unscathed, while one kitten’s eye has been permanently damaged.
