There’s further calls for a dedicated ground to be established for Letterkenny Cricket Club.
Councillor Michael McBride says he has identified a site near the town’s Public Service Centre which he believes would be ideal to house the club.
Earlier this year the club submitted a petition containing over 600 signatures to Donegal County Council asking for plans to be put in motion.
Councillor McBride is urging the Council to review the town’s master plan with a view to incorporating a base for Letterkenny Cricket Club.
