More than 1,400 people have been killed in Lebanon by Israeli attacks, according to Lebanese authorities.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu yesterday called for all peacekeeping troops to be removed from Lebanon.
The Defence Forces here says all Irish peacekeepers are well and accounted for.
