Gardai are appealing for information after what is believed to have been a tyre fell off the back of a lorry and struck a car in Stranorlar last week.
The driver was travelling in the Meetinghouse area on Wednesday last at around 12:40pm when the object hit the car, damaging the roof of the vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
