The man suspected of shooting the CEO of Letterkenny based company, Optum in the US will return to New York to face murder charges, after agreeing to be extradited.
Luigi Mangione made the decision during a court appearance in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested last week.
Brian Thompson died earlier this month as he walked to a conference in Manhattan.
