A medical transport jet carrying a sick child and five others has crashed in Philadelphia.
The child had been treated in the city and was heading home to Mexico.
About 30 seconds after take off the plane dropped onto a neighbourhood – erupting in a fireball.
Owner Jet Rescue Air Ambulance says it can’t confirm any survivors.
