The trial into the killing of Private Sean Rooney in Lebanon has been postponed until 17 September.
The Irish Daily Star reports that none of the people indicted for the attack on a peacekeeping convoy appeared in court in Beirut yesterday.
The 24-year-old from Newtowncunningham was fatally wounded in December 2022.
