A £9 million announcement has been made for the Urban Villages Capital Plan.
One of the projects set to benefit from the investment is The Realm Project in Derry.
The announcement was made by First Minister Michelle O’Neill during a visit to the Northwest, where she also commended the North West Disability Centre and Ebrington Square.
