A man is being treated for serious injuries following a workplace accident in Kilcar on Friday.
Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to an incident in the area at approximately 10:40am.
A man aged in his 50s was airlifted to the Mater Hospital in Dublin for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified and will conduct its own investigation.
