Gardaí are investigating an alleged daylight assault in which a man was set upon by another man.
It is reported to have happened on the Ramelton Road in Letterkenny at approximately 4.40 pm.
It’s said that the three men exited a silver Volkswagon, and one man then attacked the victim.
