A North West Regeneration Fund has been established.
Its purpose is to utilise government loan funding for the regeneration of buildings within Derry’s Historic City Conservation Area.
The North West Regeneration Fund will be delivered by the Londonderry Inner City Trust with up to £10 million available over the next 5 years.
