Two drivers were arrested on the outskirts of Letterkenny today after testing positive for cocaine.
Gardaí were conducting a lunchtime checkpoint when the pair were arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
The authorities are appealing to the public to refrain from driving while under the influence of an intoxicant, as lives are put at risk as a result.
