The average house price in Donegal is now €243,000, according to the latest Daft.ie report.
The figure represents a 63% increase compared to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, as shown by the second quarter’s data for this year.
Furthermore, prices rose by 8% in the second quarter of 2025, compared to the same period last year.
Nationally, housing prices rose by an average of 3% during Q2, with the typical listed price being €357,851.
