A man in his 70s was hospitalised following a house fire in Buncrana yesterday evening.
Gardaí assisted emergency services at a fire at a residential property at approximately 5:00pm.
The man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital as a precaution.
No other injuries were reported.
Gardaí say enquiries are ongoing.
