Part of the main Letterkenny to Lifford road is closed following a crash.
The collision which is understood to have involved a lorry, occurred at around 11am this morning between the Ballyholey and Ballinalecky junction.
Gardai are urging motorists to seek an alternative route.
Diversions are in place.
