A motorist caught travelling 37km/h over the speed limit in Letterkenny has been arrested after testing positive for cocaine.
Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit detected the vehicle going at 137km/hr in a 100km speed zone in poor weather conditions yesterday.
A drugs test came back as positive for cocaine and an arrest was made.
Court proceeding will now follow and a fixed charge penalty notice will also be issued.
