Gardai in Donegal are warning motorists to never take to the roads if their vehicle is not in a roadworthy condition.
It’s after one of the tyres of a vehicle stopped on Main Street, Dungloe yesterday was discovered well below the recommended tyre thread depth.
Gardai say it was less Mary from Dungloe and more ‘Scary from Dungloe’.
The motorist was handed an €80 fine and 2 pnealty points.
