The R250 road in Newmills is closed following a crash this morning.
The collision occurred at around 10am.
Gardai are appealing to motorists to avoid the area.
Diversions are in place via Newmills Bridge and at Rahedoge onto the L5994 through Druminaught. Gardai, however, say the diversion route is narrow, so HGV drivers are urged to consider an alternative route.
